A three-car driveway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, including Downtown Seattle, a 15-minute drive, and family-friendly entertainment, restaurants, shopping, in Downtown Burien, a 5 minute drive. 12 minutes to the Fauntleroy Ferry Dock for quick day trips to Vashon Island and a quick 15 minutes to SeaTac International Airport.

This home is breach front property nestled down a long private drive. Vehicles are recommended as grocery, shopping, etc are not within walking distance. However, Burien Town Square for all needs is less than a 10 minute drive!

Max 3 vehicles allowed on property (in this beach side community, parking is limited)
*The driveway down off the main street is very narrow - If you have a large (duly truck) or anything other than a standard size vehicle, please reach out to discuss first to ensure you are comfortable.

Please be aware that if laundry is not started as per check out list, we will unfortunately have to charge a $50.00 fee for taking laundry to the laundromat. Due to size of house the cleaning fee rate is calculated on this laundry being started by guest . We appreciate your understanding!
