The home has a permanent tenant upstairs - Completely separate entrance & living spaces. You will never even know they are there! (In case you arrive wondering how to get upstairs.. There is not access to either unit within each other)

Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
