The home has a permanent tenant upstairs - Completely separate entrance & living spaces. You will never even know they are there! (In case you arrive wondering how to get upstairs.. There is not access to either unit within each other)
We are available as little or as much as needed throughout your stay!

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
